Hi, I’m Jen, a curious, creative, slightly quirky human living my best life in Melbourne, Florida along with two sassy corgis (Karma and Gimli pictured below).
I’m someone who loves learning, exploring, and jumping into whatever new thing has captured my attention. That's usually something like a new creative project, taking a deep dive into a system I want to understand better, or sifting through my shame stack to find my next book to read.Earlier in my career, I was a meeting and conference planner. I found that I enjoyed the organization of it all, and simplifying overly-complicated systems so I evolved into a Marketing Project Manager.
My values are rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion. I believe everyone deserves a voice, and that teams are stronger when they are composed of people with different perspectives. I’m energized by collaboration. I thrive when working with people who build on each other’s ideas, challenge assumptions, and create something better together than any of us could have done alone.

At a former job, I won an award called “Right Brain/Left Brain,” which feels like the perfect summary of who I am - equal parts analytical and creative. I’m happiest when I get to use both sides of myself at once. That's why marketing project management is the perfect place for me.
